Frequently Asked Questions Samson Martin, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with merchandise purchased from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of your shipment. You can use our Contact Us page or give us a call at (312) 953-4815. You will need to provide us with the following information, and our Customer Service department will provide you with further instructions on how to ship your return to us.
We will then give you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) which you will use to identify your package with our staff. Write your RMA on your package and ship it to: Samson Martin Customer Service: All items returned must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when you received them from us. Your return or exchange will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive it in our warehouse. In the case of a return your full purchase price (excluding the shipping cost) will be refunded to you in the form of the original payment. Exchanges will be shipped upon completion of the return process. Please note that any Samson Martin merchandise purchased from retailers other than Samson Martin Online must be returned to that retailer. Similarly, merchandise purchased through our online store may be returned to us only. No retailers will accept online returns or exchanges. How should I ship my return? We ask that you return Samson Martin merchandise via a traceable carrier, i.e. USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS or FedEx. Make sure you package the merchandise safely and securely in a padded box or envelope. |
